Welcome to our Refer a Friend Programme!

‍Thank you for helping us spread the word about Payment Guru. Our Refer a Friend Programme rewards you for introducing new businesses to our payment solutions. Before submitting a referral, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they explain how the programme works, who can take part, and how rewards are issued. By making a referral, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

£50 Amazon “refer a friend” Voucher – Terms and Condition

This Refer a Friend Scheme is available to all persons and businesses, both customers and non-customers of Payment Guru, that are residents of the United Kingdom and refer to new signings and merchants as a direct result of the referral process.

By passing the ‘friend’s’ contact details to Payment Guru, the current merchant confirms that the referral merchant has granted them express permission. This should therefore be considered a ‘warm’ referral, i.e. the other party is expecting contact and will be willing to accept calls and emails from Payment Guru.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of messages sent by e-mail. Personal Information will only be used to contact the prospective merchant for the purpose of this campaign, and no other details will be captured.

The current merchant and the referred merchant must retain the services of Payment Guru and its partners when payment is due. If Payment Guru or its partners are required to terminate services to the referral merchant, no reward shall be payable. This program is not available for SoftPOS introductions.

Provided all of these rules are met, Payment Guru will send a £50 (or denominations to the value of £50) Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate to a physical location as supplied and authorised by the referrer.

Transactions will have to be deemed ‘live’ on a merchant services agreement, and the full volume of processing has moved to the Payment Guru-aligned provider. For additional services such as EPOS, Terminals, Gateway, Merchant Cash Advance, or consultancy, relevant agreements must be signed and commenced.

Complete processing can only be assessed in arrears. It may require independent validation from the merchant, but all good faith will be used to understand this, and the voucher should not be delayed accordingly.

There is no limit to the number of referrals from a referring party.

Payment Guru may suspend, revoke, or amend the Refer a Friend scheme at any time for any reason. The offer is non-transferable. The scheme's rules may be changed without notice and at the sole discretion of Payment Guru.

This program cannot be combined with any other promotional or referral offer.
