Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to our Refer a Friend Programme!
Thank you for helping us spread the word about Payment Guru. Our Refer a Friend Programme rewards you for introducing new businesses to our payment solutions. Before submitting a referral, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they explain how the programme works, who can take part, and how rewards are issued. By making a referral, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Reward
For each successful referral, you will receive one £50 Amazon.co.uk voucher.
A referral is successful when:
- The referred business signs a contract with us for payment services, and
- Their account is fully set up and live.
Rewards are issued within 30 days of the referred business going live.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
2. Who Can Take Part
- The Programme is open to UK residents aged 18+.
- You do not need to be an existing customer to make a referral.
- Employees of Payment Guru may not take part.
3. How to Make a Referral
- You must submit referrals via the official referral form or agreed alternative method.
- You must have the referral’s consent for us to contact them (“warm introduction”).
- A referral must be a new contact/business to us — existing customers or those already in our sales pipeline are not eligible.
4. Limits
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
- Only one reward will be issued per referred business, even if multiple people refer them.
4. General
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Programme at any time without notice.
- If we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity, we may withhold or cancel rewards.
- Our decision on all matters relating to the Programme is final.
- Amazon is not a sponsor of this Programme.
